RAS joins Euclid Labs as shareholder

RAS Reinhardt Maschinenbau GmbH has acquired 12% of Euclid Labs shares with an operation that will ensure the German leader of panel bending systems a strong position as innovator in robotized systems for metalsheet and secure to the Italian software house capital for its expansion in 3D vision and no code robotics applications.

RAS and Euclid Labs started their cooperation in 2009 when Euclid Labs empowered RAS MinibendCenter with its bin picking software.

RAS is one of the world's leading manufacturers of sheet metal machines. The wide range of folding machines covers all areas of application: sheet thickness, working length, UpDown bending technology, bending automation, automatic programming of the bending sequence, and much more.

In addition, RAS offers a wide range of machines for roof and facade applications as well as air duct production. High-performance swing beam shears for customer segments complete the product range.

Euclid Labs designs and develops software solutions to give industrial manufacturing companies flexible and effective tools to manage small-batch production, high-quality requirements, and the automation of complex tasks.

Founded in 2005, Euclid Labs currently has deployed hundreds of random bin picking applications and offers unique solutions for no-code robot programming.
