The Multibend-Center Office Software has been created specifically for the Multibend-Center

Import a part

• Import of a STEP file (alternatives: DXF, GEO) with the part model.
• The software analyzes the STEP file and automatically generates a 3D model. For DXF files, the programmer has to add to the bend angle.
• Springback compensation angles are listed in material tables.

One Click Programming

• The software programs the bending sequences including all handling operations automatically and with a single mouse click!
• If there are different folding sequences (fold short side before long side or vice versa), the software recommends the best alternative with a 5 star ranking.
• The automatically created program also includes the tool setup.
• A 3D program simulation shows in detail how the part will be created.
• The software generates a .pgm file that can be used even on existing machines.
• For complex bending sequences the .pgm files can be edited with the CellControl software.

Edit programs

• With the CellControl Software programs can be edited in the office or at the machine.
• By using the known program structure you can add special functions or change sequences individually.
