RAS Storage: automated sheet supply for the Multibend-Center

With RAS Storage, we are introducing our new storage system for the Multibend-Center. It combines storage and loading in one system: RAS Storage automatically supplies the bending centre with blanks, and pallets are changed without interrupting the bending process.

- 0teaching required for the loading robot
The blanks are placed directly on the pallets in the tower. Euro or industrial pallets can also be integrated.
The loading robot requires neither programming nor teaching. It rotates and flips the blank during loading, so the good side faces up on the pallet and down during bending. If the blanks do not need to be flipped, a shuttle table supports loading. Automatic unloading is available as an option.
